Woodworking Fun!

I mentioned in my last post that my husband has been a busy guy and working on various wooden items with some new tools he received for Christmas!  Below are some of the "crafts" we have been working on.  Most items are for sale on our etsy site and can be found here!

Beautiful Wardrobe

The Wardrobe is Finally Finished and Beautiful!  I would love to keep it, but unfortunately we don't have the room.  I currently have it stored with all of my vintage linens and I just love it.

Beautiful Dresser and Antique Farm Table

I will have a post on the outside updates we made to our home, so come back tomorrow for that makeover.  For today, I pictures of the latest two furniture projects Dave completed over the weekend.

The first was this ugly dresser which ended up just beautiful.  It sold in a matter of minutes on facebook.

 Then he redid this antique table, which also ended up looking just gorgeous.  He just finished it and we are hoping it will sell fast.

Custom Bookcase and Window Seat

Hello There!

I have promised to be a little bit better about blogging all of our projects, so here I am first thing Monday morning showing you the project my husband has been working on for the last week.  As you know my husband is very talented at refinishing old furniture, but this week he and my brother actually built a custom window seat and bookcases for a customer.  They started this project last Sunday and completed it this Sunday.  Mind you they both have full time jobs during the week, so this was done after working hours and on the weekend.

Here are pictures of the process...If you have any questions, leave them in the comments and my husband would be more than happy to tell you how things were done.  The piece is 3 total pieces.  The window seat opens for storage.  It is just beautiful!
